The multi-award winning KPA Property Management, was born out of our search for a suitable letting agency, to look after our HMO portfolio, in the Bristol area. We couldn’t find one that offered the level of service that we provided to our tenants and, looked after our houses in the way that we do, so we set up our own agency!

As investors ourselves, we know how important property management is!

We believe, quite strongly, that having your properties managed shouldn’t be a compromise, in fact, quite the opposite, why would you pay for less?

KPA Property Management is part of The Key Group of companies; a group of family run businesses that have been operating since 1948. We have a customer centric, honesty first, approach to business, which has fostered many happy customer relationships over the years!

Our aim is to provide a truly passive property management experience for every landlord we work with, maximising the income from and keeping their greatest assets safe; ensuring that their tenants have a good service and a place to call home, not just a house that they live in.

As Landlords and investors ourselves, we understand what your concerns and motivations are as a Landlord – because they are ours too.
